From Piazza Maria Ausiliatrice, join Corso Regina Margherita and take the tram n. 16, direction Piazza della Repubblica; get off in Corso San Maurizio at the corner of Via Bava; walk on straight and at the end of Corso San Maurizio you’ll find the “Giachino” bus stop that leads to Castelnuovo Don Bosco.
