“The protagonists of the Museum are real men called wild, primitive, unfaithful, uncivilized … just because we found them different from us.”

The Missionary Ethnological Museum of Colle Don Bosco shows the worldwide horizon of the charismatic dream made by San Giovanni Bosco during the youth years.
Today Don Bosco’s missionaries, spread in more than 130 countries around the world, are advancing the cause of human evangelization and promotion, devoting themselves to youth education, professional training, social interventions (hospitals, outpatient clinics, dispensaries…), emergencies (natural calamities, famines, wars…).
The Museum is dedicated to Cardinal Giovanni Cagliero, originally from Castelnuovo as Don Bosco, responsible for the first Salesian missionary expedition in 1875 in Argentina.
